      We are paying a third party company to provide us with constant updates of the ip location database. As such, their data is not always 100% accurate, since it is quite difficult to do so.

      If you wish to submit your own correction, you can do so via the Client Panel. We will do our best to go through the requests in a timely fashion, and once approved, it will correct the location showing.

      Please note, it takes time to verify requests, as we can not simply approve all requests that we get. We will attempt to verify to correction via tools like: whois, traceroute (from various locations), ping times, the actual location database itself, and any additional information you provide.

      To help speed up the time it takes your request to go through, please provide as much information as possible. The more you research and the bigger the ip range you can provide, the more quickly your request will go through.

        Depending on how complete the information is... It could take between 2-5+ days...

          tell me what info i can send to make it go faster. ill do what ever it takes. i have submitted one request. and lisited all my servers in it should i submitted a request for each game server. and what would the server range be for this server 67.228.96.186:27017?

            Hi, we are a spanish small company, segahos.com. We hired the community pack with premium servers. and we have a problem because all of our servers are Spanish and some of its appears in German.
            We have sent the tickets corresponding of wrong ip location, we have sent mails, and we have tried to facilitate your task in putting all of our servers segahos.com. The last servers had appeared correctly in spanish, but now appears other time in German. That is why I contact you by the forum.
            I would appreciate thet you review this and that the error could be solved as soon as possible.

                    Hi, I write a post back because we are at the same situation 3 months ago, and we are desesperated. We have done everything what appears in faq:
                    1 We sent the ticket corresponding to wrong ip location
                    2 We have sent mails without response
                    3 We connected to irc but but no one appeared
                    4 We posted in the forum, and you told us that the problem would solve, but
                    that has not happened.
                    5 We have sent to Teck a private message without response.

                    I post in the forum again for help because we have more servers and will be more difficult to put them all in Spanish. We dont know what to do to my servers appears in Spanish, if you give me the access I put myself
                    You are giving negative publicity for my company, because the servers aren,t in German and people thinks that. I reported the situation to of my spanish company to each of the servers to make your job easier:

                      You need to submit ranges of IP's... When you give us individual IP's we have to manually find the ranges and verify them. That means that we must spend a tell of a lot of extra time.

                        Hi, we are putting now the ips in the forum because you questioned me that what were the IP addresses of the affected servers. We already had added Wrong ip location three months ago and you have not done anything anyway.

                          Hello,

                          I want to report a bug. First of all, I have bought some ips for my dedicated servers. My dedicated server is located in Romania and when I add a server on GT, it shows to be from Poland.

                          http://cqcounter.com/whois/ shows the right location.
                          My ips are : 195.225.58.33 - 195.225.58.42 .

                          Please set those ips in Romania or do an update to database.
