This website is constantly under development, and so you may come across a glitch or bug while using it. Here are the things to consider when you do find one:

- make sure that there is not already a thread created about this bug/glitch

- make sure what you are reporting is an actual bug not a suggestion. (ie: it does not remeber my sort order is not a bug since it is not programmed to, but would be a suggestion if you wanted that feature seen on the site)

- try to be as descriptive with the bug as possible, and include urls whenever possible (including any variables or settings)

- include the browser you are using and OS

- include the date and time (also time zone) if it appears occasionally

- copy/paste any data that may be useful

- also, if the bug is concerning your server listing, please include the IP and port and possibly links.

Just use common sense, give us enough information to recreate the problem.


Also, you will see me posting bugs in this forum too, so everyone knows what bugs we are aware of already, and it may also explain some weird behaviours. If the information about your game server seems inaccurate, check to see if perhaps there is a bug report for something that would cause this inaccuracy.
