Also, whats the game server port?

the game is counter strike 1.6 and port is 27015 now please help me on the above ...

Do you know if its a Steam: CS 1.6 server or a WON: CS 1.6 server?

yes am sure its its cs but not steam,,,,,,they are tellin that server already in database....please help me
